At the first use, please make sure the wax on the top is melted before turning it off, check before lighting it that the wick is 1/4. This size is ideal since a wick that is too big can cause a flame that is too high, or even cause it to go out on its own.
How soon will I receive my order?
Processing time before dispatch is usually 1-3 business days. Delivery, on the other hand, takes 2 to 6 business days in Canada. For orders made in Quebec, you can therefore generally expect to receive your package within 4 business days. International orders outside of Canada are not accepted at this time.
What are candles made of? Are they really eco-responsible?
Our candles are made with 100% natural soy wax and fragrance. They are handmade in Montreal and ecological. Upon delivery, you will receive a box with the candles and they will be protected with small peanuts, which are environmentally friendly. you will only have to put them under water for them to disintegrate and then fold the box to recycle it.
We verify that our candles are: Phthalate-free, paraben-free, GMO-free and not tested on animals.
I have a shop, is it possible to sell your products?

Can I reuse my candle jar?
Of course! Just clean the candle jar well, using hot water to remove the wax that remains at the bottom and then use soap to remove any oily substance that may remain.
